This page is for homeowners looking to sell their property to Conservation Buyers and for Conservation Buyers who are looking to purchase property in the Mt Shasta area. Conservation buyers are individuals who specifically intend to purchase land or property to preserve and enjoy its natural values.
Buyers for these properties intend to manage the property in ways that are consistent with the land’s natural environment. They buy land with the goal of protecting and maintaining the conservation values of the property for future generations.
